We were retained by Nortel to assist with company-wide CRM implementation.
By working with salespeople, focus groups and management, we helped draft
a phased CRM roadmap. We helped Nortel though issues such as where to start,
how to measure the success of the project, obtaining end-user buy-in, budgeting,
functionality requirements, etc. Chief Technical Architects
Peritum was retained by Nortel to be their Chief Technical Architect for their
Universal Pricing System. We helped architect the base CRM datamodel to enable
storage and configuration of Nortel’s entire product suite and pricing
rules. Peritum wrote custom code that was layered on the AmdocsClarify product
suite. Product Configurator
Designers
Peritum helped design and implement a new software product called “CommCenter” that
was integrated into Nortel’s CRM system. CommCenter allows Nortel salespeople
and select customers to build, configure, price and propose complex phone networks.
